December 2023 Leadership Spotlight

Evan Rubel has served as the Tukarica Lodge Vice Chief of Ceremonies since August. Hailing from Troop 1, Evan has been paramount in helping restore Tukarica Lodge, and has spearheaded the creation and organization of a functional ceremonies team. He is always amazing to work with, and always exemplifies the Scout Oath and Law.
